We prepare the necessary products to knead the dough for pasties in a bread maker. Any vegetable oil is suitable: sunflower, olive, corn or cottonseed.

I take the highest grade wheat flour. After weighing the required amount, be sure to sift it.

Break eggs into a bowl, stir well with a fork. Salt.

Pour water and vegetable oil into the eggs. Mix well again.

When sculpting, roll out the dough thinly, it is dense enough. As you can see in the photo, pasties made from it are thin. The dough holds meat juice well; when kneading the minced meat, I add cold water for juiciness.
