To be honest, I don't know a single normal person who would not like lush, ruddy, and softest pancakes for breakfast. And if you serve them more honey or jam, and with a cup of fragrant herbal tea, delicious freshly brewed coffee or warm milk, you will not be pulled by the ears. Today we will cook very simple, but incredibly fluffy and delicious pancakes with milk and yeast. Trust me, it's really simple.

Ingredients:

Flour - 260 g

Milk - 1.5 cups

Dry yeast - 1 tsp

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Salt - a pinch

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons (+ for frying)

How to cook:

Prepare all the foods on the list. Place the milk in the microwave for a few seconds; it should be nicely warm, but not hot.

Pour warm milk into a deep bowl, add sugar and yeast, stir well. Try to dissolve the granulated sugar completely.

Now pour in the vegetable oil, stir everything again.

Add half the sifted flour, knead the batter.

Then add the remaining flour, mix everything well again.

The dough will turn out to be very viscous, sticky and sticky - do not be alarmed, it should be so. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to fit. In winter, I always put the dough on a warm radiator covered with a tea towel. Leave it on for 50-60 minutes.

After a while, the dough will increase in size by two or three times. Now, the main thing is not to touch it. No need to stir it!

With a tablespoon, gently pinch off part of the dough and put it in a preheated pan with refined lean oil. Fry the pancakes over low heat, turning them frequently.

Be sure to place the finished pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
