These pancakes with milk are not only without eggs, but also without yeast. If yeast dough takes time to proof, then everything is easier and faster. Soda slaked with vinegar loosens, makes the pancakes soft, light and porous. Flour - 1 tbsp.

Milk - 1 tbsp.

Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Soda - 0.5 tsp l.

Vinegar - 1 tsp l.

Vegetable oil - 30 ml

To bake pancakes in milk without eggs, take the foods listed. The recipe is useful for those who decided to save money, are limited in products, do not use eggs and want to reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Wheat flour of the highest grade is needed, preferably sifted. Feel free to decrease or increase the amount of granulated sugar to your liking. The dough can be flavored with vanilla, cinnamon, other ground spices, shaded with salt.

To grease the pan, use refined oil or do without it at all.

First, pour a portion of sifted (without lumps) soda with table vinegar or lemon juice. Let it foam. Add half of the total milk volume and shake thoroughly.

Then beat with sugar, flour. We knead a thick and viscous dough without lumps. A homogeneous thick mass is easier to dilute to an ideal consistency, without clots.

Continuing in quick circular motions with the whisk, add the remaining milk and dilute the mixture to a thinner texture.

Note that with a ratio of 1 to 1 (one glass of flour and one glass of milk), the dough turns out to be frankly watery. If you like thicker, thicker pancakes like donuts, introduce more flour.

With islands and with a distance we spread about 1-2 tbsp. l. dough on the oiled and hot surface of a frying pan, ruddy until crusty, turn over. We keep on the fire for about half a minute and transfer to a napkin to remove excess fat.
