Ingredients:

Young zucchini - 1 pc. (300g)

Flour - 1.5 cups

Kefir - 1 glass

Soda - 0.5 tsp.

Salt - a pinch

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Lean oil - for frying

Egg - 1 pc.

How to cook:

Step 1 of 9

Prepare foods from the list. Wash the zucchini under running water and dry. Kefir can be absolutely any fat content, it doesn't matter.

Peel the tails of the courgette on both sides, grate it on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess liquid well, send the courgette mass into a deep bowl.

Add raw egg and kefir, mix well.

Now add baking soda, stir the mixture and leave for a few minutes.

After a few minutes, bubbles will begin to appear on the surface, this soda has reacted with kefir.
