The fried products taste like small pies made of lean dough with meat filling - something like small whites or pasties. They are very tasty and even children eat them with pleasure! The main thing is not to fry the dumplings, although they still strive to burn. Use medium heat to turn them over to the other side at the right time. How to cook:
Prepare food. Do not defrost the dumplings before cooking - they will cook well both inside and out. If they are homemade, lightly shake off the flour so that it does not burn in the boiling oil.
Pour the vegetable oil into the skillet, place the container on the stove, and heat it to a near boil on medium heat. As soon as it heats up, lay out the convenience foods. Remember, when placed in cold oil, they can stick to the bottom! Then cover the pan with a lid and cook the dumplings for about 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the flame. It is advisable to use a glass lid so that fried semi-finished products are visible through it.
The dumplings themselves will show you that they are ready to turn over - they are inflated from above, like Christmas balls. Remove the lid carefully to prevent condensation from entering the pan, and turn each one to the other side using a fork or spatula. At this point, you can keep the heating to a minimum, especially if you are frying a lot of dumplings.
Without covering, fry them until golden brown and turn off the heat.
Immediately transfer the fried dumplings to a plate until they have sucked up excess fat. Chop the washed fresh herbs and sprinkle on the dish. Serve with pickles, sour cream or mayonnaise, ketchup.
