Powdered milk - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (+ for greasing the pan)

Wheat flour - 0.5 cups

To make delicious pancakes with milk powder, prepare the food listed for the recipe. They should all be at room temperature, so remove the chicken egg from the refrigerator beforehand. We also need a 200 ml measuring container.

Sift the wheat flour, baking powder and milk powder into a deep bowl convenient for kneading. Oxygenated bulk ingredients have a better effect on the quality of baked goods.
