As a rule, thick pancakes are prepared on the basis of kefir or yogurt, but once this wonderful recipe got into my cookbook, which I now often use. Despite the fact that the dough is kneaded with milk, the baked goods are fluffy, porous and very tasty.
Such pancakes can be prepared for breakfast and taken with you as a snack to work, school or college. Most often they are served with jam, honey and a cup of aromatic tea.

Ingredients:
Milk - 500 ml.
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Soda -1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Wheat flour - 320 g
Step by step recipe:
Prepare the food listed for the recipe.
Wash the eggs under running water, dry and beat into a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar and shake the mixture with a whisk. No need to strive to beat until fluffy foam appears, the main thing is to combine the yolks with the whites.
Pour warm milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, preferably odorless.
Then add baking powder and baking soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice.
Stir and add sifted wheat flour.
Stir again until a smooth pancake dough is obtained. In consistency, it should resemble low-fat store sour cream. The main thing is that the dry components are evenly dispersed throughout the liquid.
Before frying the first pancake, grease the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and heat well. Pour a portion of the dough into a round cake of the desired size. To make the pancakes the same, pour the dough with a measuring container (my volume is 50 ml.)
Literally after 1-1.5 minutes, the entire surface of the pancake will be covered with small bubbles, and the lower part will begin to acquire a golden color.
Using a spatula, gently turn it over and fry for about a minute on the other side. In this way, bake all the pancakes.
Delicious, fluffy pastries are ready for tasting.
Transfer the thick pancakes from milk dough to a flat plate in the form of a tower (on top of each other) and serve warm. You can supplement them homemade jam, it will turn out very tasty. I highly recommend giving it a try!
