Pork baked with pineapple, or Hawaiian chop, was especially popular in the 90s. This dish was prepared by almost all cafes and many restaurants. Now it is just as popular and beloved, although it is found less and less often on the menu of establishments.
Cooking pork with pineapples in the oven at home is not only easy, but also quick. In addition, even a novice cook can handle this dish.
