Delicious and sweet Easter cottage cheese, custard without eggs - a traditional treat on the Bright Resurrection of Christ. It is created in advance, about 1-2 days before the holiday, by cooling it in the refrigerator. If desired, raisins, candied fruits, nuts, poppy seeds, and other sweet ingredients are added to the curd mass, symbolizing prosperity and a rich life.

Such a dessert is certainly served for breakfast along with Easter cake and dyes (boiled chicken eggs painted in different colors). It is believed that cottage cheese Easter should be tasted first.

You can prepare a treat in just 20 minutes, but it must spend the night in the refrigerator for the liquid to come out of it. Then Easter will take on the form in which it was defended.
