Baked chicken in a slow cooker - perfectly cooked meat that literally melts in your mouth, turns out to be so tasty that it is difficult to refuse an extra portion. Today I chose chicken thighs for the recipe. They can be pre-marinated - here the field of imagination can be limitless. Use any marinade as desired - plum, soy, yoghurt, you can also add various spices and herbs.
We will cook the chicken in the "Baking" mode. It also turns out quite well on the "Multicooker" function, but it all depends on the model of your multicooker.

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 4 pcs.
Soy sauce - 70 ml
Pomegranate sauce - 1 tbsp
Dry garlic - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Description:
Prepare all ingredients according to the list. Chicken thighs choose chilled, not frozen.
Rinse the bird well, dry it with kitchen paper towels.
Pour all the spices into the meat - salt, pepper, garlic. You can add just spices for chicken, as well as any herbs - Italian, French.
Pour soy sauce over the chicken. Add pomegranate sauce next - it will add a light sweet and sour note. If time permits, leave the thighs to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Transfer the chicken to the bowl. Set the function "Baking" and the time - 40 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes. After a while, open the lid, turn the pieces over and close the bowl. Cook for the remaining 20 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, prepare a side dish that you plan to serve along with baked chicken - porridge, pasta, vegetables, potatoes. Serve hot.
