In this recipe, I will try to describe the process of making a cake "Honey Dream" in as much detail as possible. For the preparation of the cream, boiled condensed milk is used, which I recommend to cook on your own.

Ingredients:

For a biscuit:

Eggs - 5 pcs.

Sugar - 180 grams

Liquid honey - 2 tbsp.

Wheat flour - 190 grams

Baking powder - 1 tsp

Baking soda - 1/3 tsp

Salt - a pinch

For the cream:

Cream cheese - 220 grams

Butter - 75 grams

Boiled condensed milk - 1 can

For impregnation:

Sugar - 100 grams

Hot water - 110 ml.

Cognac - 25 ml.

Prepare a set of products for making honey biscuit. If the honey is thick, melt it in a water bath or use the microwave.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt with a mixer until firm foam. Divide the total amount of sugar into three parts.
