Eating after six is ​​bad for the figure

This stereotype has been around for many years. This is probably why a very large number of women believe in him.

But the fact is that after six in the evening you need to eat. Unless, of course, you go to bed at 21:00. But the fact is that we usually go to bed much later. If you starve at the same time, it will negatively affect our health.

It is best to have dinner for the last time, have a snack 2-3 hours before bedtime. The main thing is that the prepared dishes are light and quickly digested.

Fats are bad for the body

Fats are considered bad for your figure. It is believed that they are the main reason for the appearance of extra pounds. But this is not the case. The fact is that our body needs fats, because without them vitamins A and E are not absorbed, and sex hormones are not produced.

Another disadvantage of the lack of fat in the body - the skin begins to age faster, the load on the liver increases.

Therefore, the use of oils, especially vegetable oils, should be reduced to a minimum. But you can't refuse this product.

Dark bread doesn't always indicate that it contains a lot of healthy fiber. Brown color is often achieved through the use of dyes.

At the same time, white and black colors have almost the same calorie content, so eating bread will still lead to extra pounds.

It is best to choose bran bread, crispbread - they contain both fiber and vitamins.

Juices are as healthy as the fruits themselves

The main disadvantage of the juice is that there is practically no fiber in it, in contrast to the fruits. In addition, there are fewer vitamins and nutrients in the composition, there is sugar. Therefore, if possible, include fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet.
