Butter - 60 gr.

baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
powdered sugar - 400 gr.
butter - 200 gr.
cream - 2 tbsp
jam - 200 gr.
Chocolate - 1 bar
Preparation:
For the dough in the pan melt the oil (60 g.) And allowed to cool. Then add the yogurt, coffee, egg whisk and mix well. In another bowl mix flour with sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
Pour into bowl with the flour mixture was prepared from butter, yogurt and good whisk mixer liquid biscuit dough.
Pour batter into the finished shape greased with removable sides (diameter 18 cm.) And send in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes, check for readiness toothpick (piercing the middle biscuit and when toothpick dry cake ready).
While bake a chocolate biscuit, whisk powdered sugar with cream and softened butter in a thick mass.
