How to cook vanilla marshmallows at home

Preparation:

2. Pour gelatin with water (90 mL). Stir the mixture and put in a water bath and stir until complete dissolution of the grains.

3. Sugar syrup, remove from heat, cool and pour it into gelatin.

4. In the warm state to start beating mass. It is desirable to use a mixer, otherwise it will be a very long time to shake up his hands.

5. Pour citric acid, vanilla and continue beating even longer.

6. Then pour the soda and whisk well for 10-15 minutes. It should get here so white and thick mass.
