Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl beat egg mix with salt and sugar. Add sour cream, yogurt and vegetable oil.
2. Gradually pour the sifted flour and baking soda.
3. Knead the dough is soft and tender, if need be, you can pour a little flour.
4. Perevzbivat much dough it is not necessary. Excess flour can be used when forming patties.
5. Divide the dough into pieces, starting any filling and immediately begin baking pies.
6. Since cakes rise much during frying they will still need propech turning 1-2 times.
7. Finished cakes out onto a paper towel to remove excess oil.
