If you add salt, garlic, herbs to the cottage cheese, you will get a snack convenient for buffets and parties in puff volovans. Also, the curd filling is suitable for desserts: make it sweet, with vanilla, raisins, whatever you want - weightless "baskets" will not yield to complex cakes.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 250 g

Cottage cheese - 200 g

Sugar - 20 g

Egg - 1 pc.

To cook volovanny with puff pastry curd, take the products on the list. Pre-thaw the semi-finished product, carefully unfold. It is better not to roll out and leave in the original thickness, then the blanks will rise higher and delaminate well.

The filling can be sweet curd mass or regular, denser curd with sugar, butter, sour cream, or no additives at all.

We unfold a sheet of defrosted puff pastry. We spread it directly on parchment or on a board - a flat surface. We press through large mugs with cookie cutters or other suitable round shapes (for example, glasses and glasses of two diameters). I have a diameter of almost 5 cm. Let me remind you that the shuttlecocks should be small in size, for one or two bites, and differ from the overall

puff, cheesecakes.

We remove the cuttings for other products. For each puff shuttle, two parts are needed: a circle-base and a circle-board. In half of the blanks, cut through a glass with a neck with a diameter of about 3 cm and strictly in the center of small circles plus edging / board.

Do not throw away the middle, bake right away with volovans - puff balls will also delight eaters.

Shake the egg until smooth. We cover whole layers. The egg will securely hold the different parts of the "baskets" together.

Carefully cover the large circles with rims (circles with through holes), which we also grease with an egg mixture. Additionally, the sticky surface can be sprinkled with granulated sugar for caramelization or sesame seeds (for snacks).

We bake in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Do not open the oven door for the first 10 minutes, the puffs need to rise.

We cool the volovans, pierce the swollen centers - we free up more space for the filling. The side can be "powdered". Grind fresh cottage cheese with sugar, fill puff baskets with it, lightly decorate.
