Yes, it happens! And not only I was convinced of this, but also many readers of my channel, who successfully grow slim without hunger, eating deliciously.
Basic calorie counting and BJU with a minimum deficit helped me and many readers lose weight without hunger and breakdowns:
If over and over again, slimming on various diets, you returned to your normal diet and regained excess weight - it's time to think and understand what it means you are doing something wrong.
To lose weight without severe restrictions and harm to your body, you need to control your diet, maintain a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and change your eating habits. All this will lead to a new lifestyle that will help maintain the result, and not gain excess weight again.
Thanks to calorie counting, I learned to consciously approach food, to understand what and how much I should eat in order not to overeat. My eating habits have changed and what used to be tasty is now very fatty.
As an example of a ration on the calculation of KBZHU, I will show my menu according to the tradition established on the channel.
Breakfast - sandwiches. I didn't want to mess around with cooking something more time-consuming, I was lazy. And for me there is nothing tastier than fish sandwiches. Therefore, I dried the bread (60 g), mash the avocado (50 g) with a fork, salted, pepper and spread it on the bread. On top I put cold smoked pink salmon (70 g).
Green tea is a pleasure.
Breakfast for 350 kcal
One day I couldn't work, everything was going very hard and I decided to take a break, remembering that I hadn't cooked a five-minute cupcake for a long time.
I mixed an egg, 70 g of banana, 20 g of peanut butter with a blender and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes - the cake is ready!
Smeared with low-calorie chocolate sauce. A hot, fragrant nut cake - and immediately the mood appeared and the work went more fun.
The snack turned out to be 270 kcal.
For lunch today I have fish balls (190 g), which I cooked yesterday - enough for a few days. As a side dish - boiled bulgur (120 g) and a little vegetable salad (150 g), seasoned with aromatic oil (less than 5 g).
Lunch turned out to be 400 kcal.
After lunch, I hung up a little on the phone and hooked me with information on green tea. Once again I was convinced that it was not in vain that it was in my diet, although I could not stand it before. But tastes are changing now - me and green tea are inseparable.
The information concerned why, when the "women's days" were approaching, they wanted something sweet. Everything is tied to hormones (some disorders), but I will not go into details, since I am not an expert in this matter.
But to the question "what to do on such days" - one of the answers was: include green tea in the diet.
Because green tea is rich in L-theanine, a natural amino acid. It turns out to be a unique natural relaxant and antidepressant. It has been established through experiments that with the help of this amino acid, our brain changes the nature of its activity: instead of stress waves, it starts to release relaxed waves. As a result, our mood improves, we calm down and relax.
Here is the information. Later I read about this amino acid separately and was surprised at how much positive it brings us. It's just some kind of anti-stress, and even improves performance.
And I wonder why haters go to the "garden" so easily with green tea and there is not even a hint of frustration from their comments. And why does it work so well for me when I have a mug of freshly brewed green tea.
For dinner, I fried turkey breast steaks in spices on the electric grill and cut the salad. I boiled pasta for those who don't have enough salad for meat.

Dinner for 255 kcal.
By the way, lately I got hooked on Ramiro pepper - it is sweet, tasty, I want to eat it! If anyone has not tried it, I advise. In addition, it is cheaper than bell pepper and, in my opinion, tastier.

I spent the remaining free calories in the evening on cashew nuts (30 g) - 195 kcal.
Result of the day: K - 1460, B - 110, F - 67, U - 96.
Do not forget about the drinking regimen and physical education (at least walking and already 👍).
