  • it is very simple to prepare, especially the dough - it consists of only three components;
  • can be boiled, fried, served with various sauces.

The disadvantages include:

  • enough high-calorie food;
  • purchased dumplings may be too fatty, harmful due to low-quality ingredients.

Khinkali

Khinkali is the most famous Georgian dish. It is difficult to find a restaurant or cafe that does not offer this Georgian “business card” - you must definitely try them.

Advantages and disadvantages

The pluses of this dish include:

  • have a bright and memorable taste;
  • nourishing due to the fatty broth inside each khinkali;
  • are mostly served with sour cream, but other sauces can be used.

The main cons:

  • rather complicated preparation - it is important to carefully follow the recipe;
  • cannot be frozen - after cooking, they must be boiled immediately.

If we compare dumplings and khinkali, we believe that the latter win - they have a richer taste, there is a fatty and tasty broth, and a lot of spices. But if you need to cook something very quick, it is better to choose dumplings.
