These oatmeal cookies cannot be called low-calorie due to the addition of butter, flour and sugar. At the same time, it turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly, healthy.
There are no eggs in the recipe, but this does not prevent you from preparing an excellent delicacy. The butter makes the cookies very soft, and this softness lasts for a long time. Therefore, it can be safely prepared with a margin, it can be stored well and for a long time. If desired, you can throw nuts or dried fruits into the dough.
Oatmeal cookies without eggs will definitely appeal to lovers of natural tastes. It can be safely served for breakfast or consumed with a snack.
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 200 gr.
Flour - 100 gr.
Sugar - 125 gr.
Butter - 120 gr.
Milk - 50 ml.
Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 pinch
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Pour the oatmeal into a deep container, add granulated sugar and a pinch of salt to them. Mix well.
Pour in the required amount of sifted flour, a little baking soda. Stir again.
Pour in milk, stir again.
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave.
Pour the liquid oil into the bulk.
Knead the dough thoroughly, connecting all the components together. The mass should be thick and sticky.
Separate small portions from the dough and roll into balls of the same size. Flatten each of them a little.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, and put the oatmeal on top. Place them at a distance from each other as they will double in size during baking and may stick together.
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cookies for 25 minutes, no more, so that they do not dry out, remain soft. The longer it bakes, the harder it becomes.
Once the balls are golden brown, remove them from the oven.
Cool and serve.
