The avocado and cucumber salad should be appreciated primarily by athletes, nutritionists and vegetarians. It is very easy to prepare, at the same time tasty, high in calories, and also beautiful in appearance. Even if you are planning a romantic dinner, you can safely prepare this salad, you cannot go wrong for sure. It goes perfectly with a glass of cold dry white wine - a great start to the evening.
Ingredients:
Lettuce salad - 1 bunch
Cucumber - 2 pcs.
Avocado - 1 pc.
Cheddar cheese - 50 g
Olives - 10 pcs.
Olive oil - 2 tsp
Red wine vinegar - 2 tsp
Sea salt - to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare foods from the list. Any olives or olives will do - it depends on your taste and desire. I really like this salad with sun-dried olives.
2. Take a fresh and crispy lettuce, wash it under running water, shake off excess water, pat the leaves dry with paper towels. Tear with your hands, place on a serving dish.

4. Wash and dry the ripe avocado. Peel it from the skin and bones, cut the pulp into small slices, put on top of a dish.
5. Now you need to lay out thinly sliced ​​delicious hard cheese, a dish with cheddar would be ideal, but maasdam or radomer can also go well here to taste.
6. Sprinkle the salad with olives, add a little salt and pepper to taste. After covering the neck of the olive oil bottle, drizzle over the dish, do the same with red wine vinegar.
Serve the prepared salad with avocado and cucumber immediately after cooking, until all the ingredients are fresh and crispy. If you want to serve it with something from meat, then the best choice would be chicken breast, cooked in a grill pan.
