You need to install such a device in a saucepan, pour water and bring to a boil, and then just put the cutlets on the wire rack and cover with a lid - everything, some 15 minutes and the dish is ready.

Ingredients:

Turkey fillet - 300 g

White loaf - 1 slice

Milk - 70 ml

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Bulb onion - 1 pc.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Description:

1. Prepare foods from the ingredient list. Use fresh fillets, not ice cream.

2. Break a slice of white loaf and put it in a bowl. Pour in milk and leave for a couple of minutes.

3. Rinse the turkey fillet under running water and dry. Cut into small segments.

4. Peel a small onion and rinse, chop up arbitrarily.

5. Transfer the meat and the onion to the blender bowl.

6. Punch the meat and onion with pulsating movements until the consistency of minced meat. Next, squeeze the pieces of loaf from excess milk, add them to the bowl, re-punch everything.

7. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, add one small chicken egg. Mix thoroughly, add salt and pepper.

8. Form small blanks, send them to a steam bath.

9. After 15-17 minutes of steaming, carefully remove the diet cutlets on a plate.

10. Serve them to the table with fresh vegetables; for lunch, any porridge is perfect for a side dish.
