Fragrant, tasty, tender, natural homemade sausage. The best sausage replacement from the store. And for a sandwich in the morning and as a snack on a festive table - a great option! This sausage will surely please you and cheer you up.
Ingredients:
Minced meat - 800 gr.
Liver - 500 gr.
Lard - 200 gr.
Eggs (large) - 3 pcs.
Starch - 3 tablespoons with a slide
Semolina - 3 tablespoons with a slide.
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Garlic - 3 cloves.
Black pepper - to taste
Cooking method:
We twist lard, liver and garlic in a meat grinder. (You can use a blender).
Add minced meat, eggs - mix.
Add starch, semolina, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
We distribute the minced meat into approximately 3 equal parts and lay out in plastic bags. We form a sausage and tie it on both sides with threads.
For reliability, we will wrap it in another bag and also tie it with threads.
Put the sausage in a saucepan, fill it with water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for an hour and a half.
Then we send the sausage to the refrigerator and refrigerate.
