Onions - 170 gr.
Tomatoes - 250 gr.
Carrots - 150 gr.
Zucchini - 170 gr.
Cheese - 100 gr.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sauce:
Milk - 0.5 l.
Flour - 1 tbsp. with a small slide.
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste.

1. I will prepare all the ingredients.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the courgettes and onions into cubes. Sliced โโtomatoes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill.
2. I'll prepare the meat filling.
In a frying pan preheated with sunflower (olive) oil, fry the onions for 3 minutes. Then add the carrots, zucchini and mix. I continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. It's time to add the minced meat, stir again and cook until the minced meat turns white. This process took me 4 minutes.
Turn off. Then add salt, pepper to taste and mix. The filling is ready.
3. I'll make the sauce.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add 1 tbsp. flour, nutmeg and salt. Mix everything well and put on a small fire.
Important: bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then cook for 10 seconds and turn off. The sauce is ready.

4. Let's prepare pita bread.
I had 2 sheets of pita bread. I cut each sheet into 2 parts, just the size of the mold (34x24 cm). I now have 4 sheets of pita bread.
5. We are starting to collect our lasagne.
Cover the form with foil or parchment as desired and grease with olive (sunflower) oil.
We put a sheet of pita bread in a mold and spread 1/4 of the meat filling, sprinkle with half of the dill (this is the 1st layer) and cover with the next sheet of pita bread, pressing it a little with our hands.
Important: we divide the minced meat filling into 4 parts (we will have 4 layers).
2nd layer - meat filling and put tomato slices on it, then again cover with a sheet of pita bread.
3rd layer: meat filling + the remaining dill and again a sheet of pita bread on top.
