I've been looking for a simple, quick bread recipe without yeast for a long time. I tried a lot of recipes, but settled on this recipe for homemade bread. I spend 5 minutes a day, the result is excellent. Everyone who has tried it is asking for a recipe.

Step-by-step recipe for making bread at home:
Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add one level teaspoon of baking soda, mix. I'll put it aside, let the kefir extinguish the soda for now.
I sift wheat flour into a bowl, add quick-cooking cereal flakes (I have a mixture of 4 cereals). You can just take quick-cooked oatmeal.
I add salt, sugar and stir.
Now I add softened butter (if desired, you can replace it with sunflower oil, but I like it more with butter) and rub it with my hand.
I add flax seeds, sesame seeds. You can take any seeds, even just sunflower seeds - it will be delicious.
I also add spices Italian herbs - with them, well, very aromatic bread is obtained. You can use coriander or any other spices you like. Stir quickly.
I add kefir, first half and knead the dough. First with a spoon, then with your hand. You don't need to knead for a long time. The dough should stick to your hands. It took me 400 ml. kefir. If it is difficult to interfere, you can grease your hand with vegetable oil.
Here's a bun:
I take a form (mine is detachable, but any is possible), cover it with baking paper and grease the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil.
I shift the future bread. I make a cruciform incision and sprinkle with flour.
This whole process takes me 5 minutes, everything is done quickly and easily. The taste of soda is not felt in the bread, only the pleasant aroma of herbs!
I bake bread in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. Take a look in your oven.
