I love different snack rolls, especially with omelet! Such a roll is prepared quickly and easily, but it looks well, very impressive. It can be made with any filling and there will always be a new taste and look.

A step-by-step recipe for making a roll with a photo:

First, I'll get to the base. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add soda and mix. Let me stand for one minute, so that the soda reacts with kefir. It turns out a lush mass.

I add eggs, salt and flour.

I mix with a mixer or you can use a regular fork.

The dough turns out to be quite liquid - it should be so.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

* The size of the baking sheet is 38x33 cm.

Note! The baking paper should be tested and of good quality so that nothing sticks to it.

Grease baking paper with vegetable oil, pour out the dough and distribute evenly.

I bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not overdo it.

In the meantime, the basis for the roll is being prepared, I will do the filling.

Finely chop the onion.

I cut the mushrooms into thin plates.

I fry the onion in a pan, then add the mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are ready.

When everything is ready, I add the pre-cooked rice and mix. Salt, pepper and filling are ready.

The basis for the roll is already ready, this is how it turns out. Nothing sticks, everything can be removed perfectly. Cover with a towel and leave until the filling has cooled to room temperature.

I spread the filling, on one side I leave a little empty space.

Sprinkle with herbs, I have parsley.

I roll up the roll tightly and wrap it in baking paper (on which it was baked) with the seam down.

I send it to the refrigerator for at least half an hour. The roll will set well and you can easily cut it. Bon Appetit!

Roll base:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 ml. kefir
  • 70 gr. flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt (as little as possible)
  • 0.5 tsp soda

For filling:

  • 150 gr. boiled rice
  • 150 gr. Luke.
  • 400 gr. mushrooms
  • greens - a few twigs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
