I love cabbage very much and I cook many different dishes from it. Today I want to share with you a recipe for cabbage cutlets. They turn out to be tasty, satisfying and very budgetary. This is my cabbage. I bought a head of cabbage in a store at a price of 21 rubles per kilogram.
Cabbage will need 300 grams.
Chop the cabbage finely. You can chop it finely, but I know a very easy and fast way. Just rub the cabbage on a coarse grater and that's it! This is what you need for cutlets.

Now I squeeze the cabbage from excess juice and transfer it to a deep bowl.
I add already boiled rice to the cabbage. Rice in dry form was originally 120 gr.
You can add any greens if desired. I have parsley (already from my garden).
I add one chicken egg
Salt and pepper to taste. You can also add your favorite spices. I will add dried garlic and Caucasian herbs.
Add two heaped tablespoons of flour and mix everything.
I form cutlets.
Such cutlets can be fried in a pan or baked in the oven.
I will fry. To do this, cutlets must be rolled in breading (I have a breading mixture of oatmeal and bran). You can just take bread crumbs.
I fry the cutlets on a fire slightly below average on both sides for about 5 minutes.
