I want to offer you a recipe for the laziest pies I know. Literally 15 minutes and already fluffy pies on the table. They are also yeast-free. They are prepared from the most common products that any housewife has in the refrigerator. I would say that these pies are "almost out of nothing."

For cooking we need:
180 g wheat flour.
1 egg.
Optionally - garlic, herbs, salt and pepper.
300 gr. mashed potatoes.
Soda, slaked with vinegar - 1/4 tsp, and vinegar 0.5 tsp. (can be smaller).

By the way, I take yesterday's mashed potatoes for these pies. Usually on the second day, no one eats it, but these pies are devoured in seconds.
Mix the mashed potatoes and egg until smooth. I take a regular crush (so convenient for me).
I add soda slaked with apple cider vinegar, salt.
Now you can add any spices. I will add a couple of garlic cloves and herbs.
I add the sifted flour and knead the dough. You don't need to knead for a long time. I first add 100 grams of flour and knead the dough with a spoon, then dust the table with flour and gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough with my hands.
Here's a bun that doesn't stick to your hands.
I sprinkle flour on the table, I also sprinkle flour on my hands and form a cake with a diameter of 24 centimeters from the ball (like my frying pan).
The thickness of the cake is 1 centimeter.
This test is very easy to work with.
I take a pizza knife and cut the tortillas into 8 pies.
I heat up the vegetable oil well and put the pies in a frying pan.
I fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. The fried pies rise very well and brown very well.
I put the pies on a paper napkin so that the excess fat "goes away." Bon Appetit!
