Potatoes wash well (I don't peel the skin). It is desirable that the potatoes be free from defects.

In the bag I mix flour and salt. I shake the bag so that the salt and flour are mixed.

And I send prepared potatoes in a package. The potatoes must be moist.

Shake the bag well again so that the potatoes are completely covered with the flour and salt mixture.

I spread the potatoes on a baking sheet. You can use parchment paper. But you can put it on a dry baking sheet. Nothing will burn.

I put the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It's hard to say by time how much I cook. Always different (30 to 50 minutes). I check for readiness with a toothpick.

This is delicious! Indeed, like potatoes baked in the ashes of a fire! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it.
