I'll show you three snacks at once. Mini sandwiches on the festive table. With elementary crab paste, liver pâté canapés and a variant with red fish.
First snack.
I send crab sticks, a boiled egg, a little cheese and a little mayonnaise (or sour cream) to the blender bowl.
I grind it all up. You should get a tender and very tasty homogeneous paste.
Using a pastry syringe, I spread the pasta on croutons. I use crunchy snacks. You can also try some savory crackers.
Decorate with canned corn and herbs on top.
INGREDIENTS for pasta:
• Crab sticks (or crab meat) - 100 g
• Boiled egg - 1 pc.
• Hard cheese - 30 g
• Mayonnaise (or sour cream) - 1 tsp.
Second snack.
With liver pate. I spread a leaf of lettuce on a slice of bread (or on a snack, like me), then a thin slice of liver pate, a slice of fresh cucumber, sun-dried tomato and decorate with herbs:

Cheese paste (you can add fresh dill and garlic to it). For pasta - a piece of red fish. Decorate with micro greens and sesame seeds:
