This is delicious! Crispy crust and tender melted cheese. Try it! And as a snack, and as a complete dinner. Guests are always delighted with such a snack! Tasty both hot and cold. It's not very healthy, of course, but it's soooo delicious that even those on a diet can't resist trying it!

Preparation:

Cut the sausages. Grate the cheese. Add sour cream, flour and egg. Mix. Form patties. Dip in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
Fry over low (medium) heat until golden brown.

• Hard cheese - 200 g

• Flour - 4 tbsp. (no slide)

• Sour cream - 2 tbsp.

• Egg - 1 pc.

For breading:
