Simple but delicious! Portion scrambled eggs with sausage, onion, rye bread and herbs in the oven. Nobody will refuse!

I cut into cubes a slice of rye bread and sausage, onion in half rings. Finely chop the greens and mix with butter.

I spread the butter on the bottom of the molds, onion, bread and sausage on top. I put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Then I drive in eggs and pour the whites with cream, salt and for another 5 minutes in the oven. All! You can serve! Crazy yummy!

Ingredients:

• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Onions - ½ pcs.
• Rye bread - 1 slice
• Sausage - 80 g
• Greens (I have dill and basil)
• Butter - 50 g
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
• Cream 10% - 2-3 tbsp.
• Salt
• Cheese (optional)
