Delicious cabbage pancakes. Delicate inside, crispy and very aromatic! I usually cook a double portion, otherwise not enough for everyone 😊

COOKING:

I cut the cabbage into thin strips and immerse it in boiling water for two or three minutes.

Let the cabbage cool down. I put it in a bowl. I add chopped herbs (I have parsley), finely grated cheese (any hard), sour cream and an egg. Here is also salt to taste, black pepper and soda (can be replaced with baking powder).

I stir it well. Then I add flour. Mix again and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

I spread the pancakes with a spoon on a baking sheet. It turns out 12 pieces per serving (I will indicate the number of ingredients at the end of the article). Fits on one baking sheet.

I am using a silicone mat. But you can use parchment paper, only then it is better to pre-grease it with vegetable oil.

I put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.

When the pancakes are browned, I take it out. You can serve)) Serve, of course, hot. Delicious with sour cream sauce. The pancakes are very tasty, fragrant and not at all greasy.

Of course, you can also fry the pancakes in a pan. It will be even tastier))
