COOKING:
First, the filling. I open a can of canned fish (in its own juice or in oil). I have tuna. But you can take any other canned food, of course. I knead the fish with a fork.
I add chopped boiled eggs and grated cheese. I stir it.
I spread the filling on a slice of bread. It crumbles, of course, but nothing needs to be added!
I put tomato slices on the filling. And cover it with a second slice of bread.
Now there are several options. If available, you can use an electric grill. Any waffle iron will also work. But if such devices are not at hand, you can simply dry the sandwich on both sides in a dry frying pan, pressing on top with a spatula. If the grill pan is perfect))

If I take it with me, I wrap it in paper (not in a bag)! I received a lot of comments that "it will not live up to the fifth lesson"...
