While there is no way to go to the river, we prepare barbecue at home. The can is very tasty! #lady is not bored

And not only in the bank! In the video below 5 kebab recipes that you can cook without leaving your home. Look, you will like it))

First, marinate the meat. I cut it into "convenient" pieces. I have a pork neck, but you can take any meat!

I put the pieces of meat in a bowl, add salt, mustard seeds, chopped in a mortar, a little ground coriander.

Grind two small onions in a blender (or you can grate them on a grater) and add to the meat. Here is kefir.

Stir, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. But meat in such a marinade can stand in the refrigerator for several days. And it only gets tastier. And most importantly - the barbecue is always juicy!

I string pieces of meat on skewers. From a kilogram of meat, I got 7 kebabs. This is exactly the amount that fits into the jar.

The jar must be clean and free from defects! It is important. There should be no cracks or chips on it.

I spread some pickled onions on the bottom. Onions may not be added, but we have onion lovers in our family, so I always add. And the shish kebab turns out to be more fragrant))

Shashlik in a jar

I put the skewers with meat in the jar (not too tight). Cover with a foil lid. and put it in a cold oven. In the cold (!) And only then I turn it on.

I cook at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for another 60 minutes. Then I turn off the oven and do not open the oven for at least 20 minutes. If you open it earlier, the bank may burst!

The kebab is ready! You can serve)) The meat is the most tender! And very, very tasty! Highly recommend!
