I found a simple and quick recipe for pickled cucumbers. I like it!

How to cook:
The main thing here is to have a fresh cucumber at home! Mine it and cut it into circles.
I pour vinegar and water into a ceramic or glass container.
I add sugar, salt and some turmeric. You can do without it, but then the cucumbers will not look so appetizing.
I stir it well.
I put the sliced cucumbers here. I stir.
I put the container with cucumbers in the microwave for 6-7 minutes at a maximum power of 800 W.
After 2-3 minutes, you can open the microwave and stir the cucumbers again.
After 7 minutes, my cucumbers are always ready. I take out the container from the microwave.
Of course, the cucumbers need to be cooled. Otherwise, they will not look like pickled ones. To cool down faster, it is better to put the cucumbers on a plate.
I often do this if I suddenly urgently wanted a pickled cucumber)) Try it!
Add onion and butter - and a great appetizer is ready for any side dish or for meat dishes.
Recipe:
• Cucumber - 1 pc.
• Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
• Water - 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Salt - a pinch
• Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
