Very simple and delicious fish soup. One of my favorite. I don't know the easier recipe.
I call this soup "lazy ear". Of course, it's far from the fish soup here, but the name somehow stuck in our family))
How to cook
There is even nothing to tell here)) But despite the fact that it is very, very simple, it is also very tasty!
I cut the fish (fillet) into convenient pieces. I cook this soup with different fish. Today I have a perch.
I put the fish in the multicooker bowl. This also includes chopped potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions. I cut the onion into smaller pieces.
I don’t fry anything! Salt and black pepper to taste. I add hot water, stir and close the lid of the multicooker.
I put on the "soup" program for 1 hour.
You can, of course, cook such a soup both in a regular saucepan on the stove and in the oven. But in a slow cooker, in my opinion, the easiest way.
It remains to sprinkle with fresh herbs and you can treat yourself))
Beautiful, transparent and fragrant soup! Try to cook. It's not difficult at all, inexpensive and very tasty!
Recipe:
• Fish fillet (I have a perch) - 500 g
• Potatoes - 400 g
• Tomatoes - 200 g
• Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
• Onions - 0.5 pcs.
• Water - 2 l
• Black pepper
• Salt
