How to cook
I rub the zucchini on a grater. For two servings, I took one medium zucchini (this is about 300 g)
I add 2 eggs and salt. And now the porridge. I added about half a cup of dry cereal. But the next time I cooked, I reduced the amount of oatmeal - the dish turned out to be juicier.
I don't like garlic in casseroles. Therefore, I do not add (or add dry). But dill is a must! I stir it.
Immediately put it in baking dishes (I have ceramic portions).
And cheese on top. You can add quite a bit (just to make it like a lid). If you don't like cheese at all, you can grease the casserole with sour cream on top. It will work out pretty well too. But we love cheese, so like this:
I put it in the microwave for 4-5 minutes (my power is 800 W). And that's it! A very tasty casserole turned out!
You can, of course, bake in the oven. At 180 degrees, minutes 20-25. But in the microwave it is faster and not so hot (in the summer you don't want to turn on the oven at all).
And then I thought that you can make such preparations in the evening. Mix everything, sprinkle with cheese, cover with foil (or a plate) and refrigerate. And in the morning - in the microwave. And a great breakfast is ready! It turned out to be very tasty! Try it!
