Potatoes baked with garlic oil. A very aromatic and tasty potato dish. As always, the ingredients are very common. And the recipe is very simple. Boil the potatoes in salted water until almost cooked.
Chop mushrooms finely, grate cheese, garlic - through a press. I combine everything and add softened butter, salt, dry aromatic herbs (I have thyme), black pepper and sour cream. I mix everything. I cut the finished potatoes in half, put them in a baking dish. Put prepared butter on top of the potato halves.
I put it in a preheated 200˚C oven for about 15-20 minutes. The potatoes should be browning.
Put it on a platter, sprinkle with herbs and serve while hot.

Recipe:
• Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
• Champignons - 3-4 pcs.
• Butter - 100 g
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Cheese - 70 g
• Garlic - 3 teeth.
• Dried thyme - 1 tsp.
• Salt
• Ground pepper (I have a mixture of peppers)
