I cut the cucumbers into slices. Salt and roll in flour. This is how I cook zucchini and champignons. Now let's try the cucumbers.
I put it in a frying pan with heated oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Then I transfer it to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Best served with some sauce (I especially liked the dill). It's really delicious! Of course, I wouldn't do that with fresh, young cucumbers anymore, but overripe ones are quite suitable for this recipe.
