I measure out 5 such glasses of sifted flour and send them to a bowl. Here is a glass of sugar, a glass of water (at room temperature) and a glass of vegetable oil. Here they are, 8 glasses))
I also add a pinch of salt and soda (you need to extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice).
Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Then I roll out the dough about 5 mm thick. I cut out circles with the same stack:
I spread it on a baking sheet. And I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
That's all! Dessert for tea is ready. Very fast and out of nothing! Cookies resemble shortbread - crumbly, not too hard, moderately sweet.
