Today I want to share a recipe forliver akuska. Unexpected, original and delicious. This excellent appetizer is perfect for a festive table as well as for every day. Even if you do not like liver, then after trying such a snack, your attitude will change.

Recipe:
Chicken liver -500g.
Bacon - 350 gr.
For the sauce:
Soy sauce -3 tbsp.,
Lemon juice -2-3 tbsp
Honey -1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Red paprika -1 / 2 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
We take chicken liver, if you wish, you can take beef, cut into pieces.
Prepare the marinade, lemon juice about 2-3 tbsp. pour into a bowl, add 3 tbsp. soy sauce. Add black pepper, red paprika, 1 tsp. honey, add 2-3 cloves of garlic passed through a press.
Stir, you do not need to add salt, since there is soy sauce, but I add an additional 1/3 tsp.
Pour over the liver and stir. Leave the liver to marinate for at least 30 minutes. I usually leave for 2-3 hours.
Now we need bacon strips. I divide one strip into 2 parts. Put pieces of liver and wrap in bacon. We fix it with a wooden skewer.
Put on a baking sheet, put in the preheated oven and cook at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, do not overexpose, the main thing is that the bacon is browned.
We take out from the oven, remove the skewers, the appetizer is ready.
The liver is juicy, tender and very tasty. By the way, it is delicious both hot and cold.
