Today I want to share the recipe Salad "Delicate". Once I was in a cafe at my friends' birthday party and there was this salad, it surprised me with its taste, I haven't tried such a delicious salad for a long time. The next day I repeated it at home and now I constantly prepare it for the holidays myself at home.

Recipe:
Red fish s / s-150gr.
Potatoes -2pcs
Carrots -1pc
Eggs -2pcs
Fresh cucumber -1 pc
Mayonnaise - to taste
For homemade mayonnaise:
Vegetable oil -150g
Egg -1pc
Salt-1/2 tsp.
Sugar -1 / 3 tsp.
Mustard -1 / 2 tsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
COOKING METHOD
Boiled potatoes 2 tubers and boiled carrots and boiled 2 eggs rub on a coarse grater. Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes. Lightly salted salmon 150 grams, cut into cubes, I salt myself, as I do, you can see in the video.
We proceed to the assembly of the salad, put the potatoes in the first layer, grease with mayonnaise,
I make mayonnaise at home so I pour 150 ml of vegetable oil, break 1 egg, beat with a blender and thicken for 15-20 seconds. The butter and egg should be at room temperature, now add half a tsp. mustard, salt half a tsp. 1/3 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
We punch everything again with a blender.
Put the fish in the second layer. Lubricate with a little mayonnaise.
Put the carrots in the third layer, if you do not like boiled carrots, be sure to sprinkle it with lemon juice on top and you will see that it will taste completely different. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put fresh cucumber in the fourth layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Put eggs in the fifth layer, grease with mayonnaise.
Put the pieces of salmon in the sixth layer and sprinkle with herbs. Salad ready. It tastes delicate and very tasty, if you have not tried it yet, I recommend cooking.
