โœ… ๐Ÿ‘Œ Not all housewives like to cook liver dishes - some are even categorical about this offal. But in fact, the liver contains iron, many vitamins and other useful substances.

Today I will tell you how I cook one of my favorite dishes, where the main ingredient is is the liver.

The liver is the softest, melts in the mouth and in combination with mushrooms, carrots, onions and omelet comes out amazingly tasty!

This dish will definitely please everyone, even those who sometimes "wrinkle" their nose from the liver.

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken liver - 500-600 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Fresh champignons - 200-250 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt - 2-3 pinches
For filling you will need:
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sour cream - 200 g
Salt - 1/3 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches

And now we start cooking... โคต๏ธโคต๏ธโคต๏ธ

First of all, we take vegetables, wash and peel - cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots. Heat some oil in a frying pan, first fry a little onion. Then add the grated carrots, stir and fry everything together for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the fried vegetable mixture to any suitable baking dish. And while we set aside.

Wash the champignons and cut them into thin slices. In a frying pan, heat a new portion of vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms until light golden brown. All the liquid should evaporate. At the end of frying, add a little salt and pepper.

We spread the fried mushrooms on carrots and onions.

And now the main ingredient is the liver - wash it well, remove all unnecessary and cut into small pieces.

Fry over high heat until golden brown.

And then put the last layer in a baking dish.

Now we are preparing the fill. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, a little pepper to taste and a third of a teaspoon of salt. Stir until smooth with a whisk or fork.

Pour the sour cream-egg mixture into a mold, trying to distribute it evenly over all products.

Now we send the dish to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake the liver in an omelet for 20-25 minutes.

We take out the finished dish from the oven, cut into portions and serve until it has cooled down. The liver turns out to be juicy, it goes well with fried vegetables, mushrooms and the most delicate omelet. A hearty breakfast or a substantial dinner is ready. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
