This is the healthiest live pea soup. Peas contain sulfur (S), which is so necessary for our life (collagen synthesis: skin, hair, nails ...) and therefore must be consumed periodically. We make this raw pea.
Ingredients:
1. Green peas - 1 glass
2. Ground black pepper - a pinch
3. Garlic - 1-2 prongs
4. Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon (cold pressed)
5. Green onion - a couple of feathers
6. Zira - a pinch
7. Turmeric - a pinch
8. Water - 2 cups (melted)
Preparation
We take peas (high quality, ideally self-prepared), pour into a blender container, add spices (pepper, turmeric, cumin, onions, garlic plus you can add your favorite seasonings).
Then add oil and warm water (closer to hot, as far as the apparatus tolerates). Beat for 40 seconds or a minute until a homogeneous pea mass.
We put it in a cup (you can also sprinkle it with dill on top or decorate it somehow) and bon appetit, friends! :)
