Ingredients:

pink salmon
potatoes
onion
carrot
sour cream
cheese
salt
spice
oil

We need 300-400 gr of pink salmon fillet. Cut the fish into small pieces. Cut 500g potatoes into cubes or cubes.

Shred one onion and coarsely grate one small carrot (you can also chop). Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

All ingredients are prepared, so you can collect the pots. Put some potatoes on the bottom, salt and pepper to taste. Next, we put pieces of pink salmon, on the fish - fried onions and carrots. Salt a little. Put potatoes on top again and again a little salt.

Pour 50-60 ml of water into each pot, put 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream on top of the potatoes, close with lids - and into the oven. Cooking for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking and then cook without lids. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.

From the specified number of ingredients, 3 pots are obtained. Therefore, if you want to cook more servings, then increase the amount of ingredients. Bon Appetit!
