Ingredients:
- bananas - 2 pcs.
- plain yogurt - 350 ml
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- water - 100 ml
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.
- gelatin - 20 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Step by step recipe
1. Pour 20 g of gelatin into a bowl. Pour 100 ml of water here.
Mix everything and leave the gelatin to swell for at least 10 minutes.
2. Pour 300 g of cottage cheese into a large bowl. Cottage cheese can be used with any fat content.
Pour 4 tbsp here. l. sugar and pour 350 ml of yogurt. It is advisable to take yoghurt without additives and not sweet.
We also pour about 1 tablespoon here. vanilla extract or add 10 g of vanilla sugar or 2 g of vanillin.
Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Pour 1 tbsp into the resulting curd mixture through a sieve. l. cocoa. It is advisable to sift the cocoa as lumps may appear.
We mix everything.
4. The gelatin is already swollen. Melt it in the microwave in pulses for 10 seconds, stir after each time.
Also, gelatin can be melted on the stove over the smallest heat, while constantly stirring.
5. Add 2 tablespoons to the melted gelatin. prepared curd-yoghurt mixture.
Mix everything well.
6. Gradually pour this gelatin into the rest of the mixture and mix with a whisk.
If you introduce gelatin in this way, then there will definitely be no lumps.
7. Cut 2 medium sized bananas, peeled, into small cubes.
Put the chopped bananas in the prepared curd mixture. Mix everything with a spoon.
8. Wet the bowl a little with water, so the cling film will stick better to the bowl.
We cover it with cling film. I took a 1.4 liter bowl.
9. Gently pour the prepared mixture with bananas into a bowl.
Cover the bowl with cling film and set it in the refrigerator to freeze for about 3-4 hours, or for the whole night.
10. The cake is frozen. Cover the bowl with a flat dish and turn over.
Carefully remove the bowl and film.
Sprinkle cocoa on top of the cake.
The cake is ready, you can serve it on the table.
