Recently, I have been trying less and less to use mayonnaise in my kitchen. I don't use it at all in cooking, I think it's unacceptable (for myself), because it's not for nothing that the French came up with it as a cold sauce. This sauce has taken root in our country and has become a familiar one, almost all salads are seasoned with it, which is a little tired. Therefore, I have recently been actively looking for interesting salads that do not tolerate the presence of mayonnaise. Today I want to briefly talk about those that we especially liked.
I'll start with my favorite - beet salad with fresh tomatoes. It is unusually tasty, I could not even convey how much I liked it and I insist that you try to cook it. Cheese and pickled onions give the salad a special piquancy. A link to the recipe will be at the end of the article.
The second salad is "Armenian". It needs to be prepared personally now, in the pomegranate season. This is incredibly tasty, fresh, spicy and quite a festive version of the salad. You can safely put it on the festive table and the guests will be delighted. The link will also be at the end of the article.
