βœ… πŸ‘ŒOne of the most popular dishes on the everyday menu are cutlets, which can be served with any side dish! And many housewives can share their proven "signature" cutlet recipe.

And today I want to share with you another recipe for juicy cutlets. Into minced meat not necessary put soaked bread or semolina - cutlets are already juicy, thanks to a special cooking method. I find it a gorgeous dish with a minimum of fat and no frying.

πŸ“•Ingredients for cooking:

Chicken breast fillet - 2 pcs.
Onions - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1 tsp l. (no top) or to taste
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Hard or semi-hard cheese - about 100 g
Sunflower oil - for greasing the baking sheet.

And, as always, we start by making minced meat... Coarsely chop the chicken fillet and the peeled onion and transfer to the blender bowl or deep bowl (if the blender is submersible). Add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add other spices with which you usually cook cutlets.

We interrupt until the consistency of minced meat. If there is no blender, you can twist the chicken and onions through a meat grinder by placing a wire rack with fine holes on it.

Now lightly grease hands with vegetable oil and form cutlets. We transfer the prepared cutlets into any suitable baking dish, also oiled.

Now we make a delicious filling ...‡️‡️‡️

Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater, mix in a deep bowl with sour cream, drive in an egg. If the cheese is unsalted, you can add a little salt. Mix - and the fill is ready.

Pour the cutlets in a mold with the prepared sauce and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

In the oven, the cutlets will be covered with an appetizing crispy crust, but inside they will remain soft and juicy.

Serve immediately, until the cutlets have cooled down. For a side dish, you can offer mashed potatoes or just boiled potatoes, buckwheat, pasta, rice or vegetables - whatever you like. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
