Everyone knows about the benefits of flax seeds, but not everyone knows that flax is well absorbed only with sour berries or herbs.
Let's make a delicious and healthy berry-linseed delicacy, which helps to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins, and with prolonged use, even more serious "blockages".
Ingredients:
1. Flax - a handful (fiber and oils cleanse the intestines)
2. Boneberry - 1 tablespoon of berries (vitamin C stimulates the liver to work)
3. Berry compote - 1 glass (any)
4. Stevia - to taste (natural honey herb sweetener)
Preparation
We took the berries (fresh or from the freezer), placed them in a blender container, added flax (soaked overnight in cool water), poured warm compote and sprinkled stevia.
Beat the berries with flax for about half a minute, so that the flax seeds are only half ground (so they have a greater cleansing effect + bone bones). Put it in a cup and bon appetit!
This cleansing breakfast is delicious, nutritious and fulfills its important "prenatal" mission. And it works even more effectively if you drink a couple of glasses of warm water before use.
