Today I want to share a recipe for cheesecakes in the oven. They are cooked without oil and with a minimum amount of flour, but at the same time they do not blur during baking, they are obtained with a golden appetizing crust on top and tender inside - this is very, very tasty. Try this yummy, I want this recipe to be your favorite too. Moreover, the preparation is very simple.

Recipe:
Cottage cheese -500g
Egg -1pc
Starch - 2 tablespoons (40g)
Flour -1.5 tbsp. (20g)
Sugar -2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar -10g
Baking powder -1 / 3 tsp.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Coconut flakes - for deboning (40g)
COOKING METHOD
And so we take the cottage cheese, it is necessary that it is not very wet, I definitely wring it out, many people ask what I squeeze through - this is a cut from the veil.
The weight of the squeezed curd is 500 grams.
Put the squeezed cottage cheese into a bowl, if you have grains of cottage cheese, you can break through with a blender, add salt 1/3 tsp., Break 1 egg, add 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 pack of vanilla sugar, add 2 tbsp. potato starch, no slide, 1.5 tbsp. flour. 1/3 tsp baking powder.
Now mix everything well. The mass should turn out to be plastic and keep its shape well. If you get a liquid mass, then you did not squeeze the cottage cheese enough, in which case you need to add more flour and starch. But I still want to repeat it is better to squeeze the cottage cheese well, the less flour, the more cottage cheese will taste.
With wet hands, we form buns weighing about 60 grams each.
Now roll in coconut flakes. Thanks to this breading, ready-made cheese cakes will have an appetizing golden color and will keep their shape well.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
We put in a preheated oven and cook at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, be guided by your oven.
